Click to expand It seems, that users of the game have noticed that with the latest patch that the game has seen a pretty hefty downgrade as discovered by an eagle-eyed Twitter user. Take a look at two comparison images below of the 1.

I can still hope. Same here, stopped playing because I'm waiting for the HDR patch. I should stop buying games at launch, but I always fail when the hype machine works its magic!

I really don't know what to say if something like that stops you from enjoying a game. It has absolutely no bearing on my enjoyment of the game. Its simple really, its a game that will show what my tv can do if only they fixed HDR and I want to experience it in its full visual potential.

Plus Christmas holiday is coming and I will have the time needed to really get into it they way I couldn't so. Its a win win for me. The game looks awful with its cartoonish colour palette. Calms it down massively, but then we live in the ADHD generation so I can see people are going to have a problem with it. I playing on a PS4 slim and a computer monitor. I looks better than almost every game I have played. I am trying to think about one that looks better. Maybe HZD?

Forget HDR on this gen Did anyone confirm if it fixed the HDR issue. I can confirm on ps4 pro that the hdr has not been updated and still washed out and also background stuff Is still a little blurry, I just tried. HDR is removed from the Display menu ingame.

I can't find in anywhere else so I assume they removed it until they fixed it. Edit: I play on the PS4 Pro Ghost Thanks for the heads up. I have to restart my game then to see if it "comes back". Is it still at the top of the Display Menu? Edit : Thanks Ghost, I downloaded the patch and just started the game and I guess because I had it turned off before patching, it disappeared. I solved it by turning off my Pro for a minute, restarted it and the game and HDR is back.

I turned it on, my screen looked like crap and I turned it off again lol. But now I have the option there again at least. Thought my game was bugged again until you posted, so thanks again.

So many people disagreeing with those mentioning the blurring issue Can't stand clueless people like that, its there and even Rockstar confirmed the issue for the PS4 Pro The issue is even there on a non 4K tv without HDR I use a p TV without HDR and its blurry, it looks bad, it has been left on the 2nd mission since day 1!!

Every other game i play looks fine. I tried the game on my older standard PS4 and it looks fine, had a friend bring his Pro round to make sure it wasn't my Pro and its exactly the same! Blows my mind how oblivious most people are.

I absolutely love the game and yes I also love my ps4 pro, but seriously assets in the background have a blur to them, stand next to a tree then look in the background, you would have to have poor eyesight to not notice this difference, I have not played on a standard ps4 and not tested on ,but the hdr and blurring issues are quite real on the pro.

These issues have been confirmed by rockstar, but downvote away It's not making an issue into anything its just a fact, and honestly everyone should know by now how much I love Sony and the pro by my past history, but God forbid I notice a flaw, it's still an amazing game, I apologize for having good eyesight and noticing this. It's only happening for SOME people. HDR looks amazing. Not everyone is experiencing this. It's NOT for all people. Not once. Not on my Pro. Never a blur and it looks amazing, almost like real life.
